Chris Steuber of Scout.com has gone to great lengths to come through with his 2008 rookie power rankings. And by the looks of it, he isn't expecting the Cowboys' rookies to have much of an instant impact.

Steuber took one rookie from each club -- the one he expects to make the quickest dent in the league -- and listed them 1-32, based on how big a difference they'll make in '08.

The Cowboys' rep, Mike Jenkins, is ranked 26th. Of course, there's an awfully good chance that no rookie will start for Dallas, so this is, at least, understandable. What I don't get is why Chad Henne's No. 1.
